Forbes – Photo-Me International PLC, the photo booths operator, is talking to secretive US hedge fund Och-Ziff about a bid, according to the Sunday Times.
The paper cited people close to the situation as saying private equity firms Bain Capital and Warburg Pincus have also expressed an interest in the company.
