Reuters – Germany’s Commerzbank has opened a fund-of-hedge-funds product to institutional investors for the first time, the bank said on Monday.
Comas, which is the alternative investment platform of Commerzbank Corporates and Markets division of the bank, said the Comas Global Alternatives Fund will become available to institutional investors from Dec. 1 this year. Commerzbank is currently the only proprietary investor.
As part of the re-opening of the product, Commerzbank will domicile its Comas platform in Dublin.
