The study should focus on disclosure of information, the congressman said.  <\/p>\n<p>    Mike Castle serves on the House Financial Services Committee, which has jurisdiction over banking with the securities and insurance industries. Among Castle\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s other priorities are immigration    reform, stem cell research and deficit reduction.  <\/p>\n<p>    \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c5\u201cTransparency in our financial system is important for market discipline and investor confidence,\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c2\u009d Castle said. Castle\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s bill comes as a hedge fund based in Greenwich, Conneticut, Amaranth    Advisors <span class=\"caps\">LLC<\/span> is reportedly shutting down and returning investors\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2 money following heavy losses on natural gas investments.
