The listing is expected during the third quarter of 2006.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>  <span class=\"mainarttxt\">Proceeds of the placing will be invested across 35-50 hedge funds to create a diversified, low volatility portfolio with multiple strategies, markets and geographies.
