Jeffrey Schwartz,Bayou&#8217;s lawyer, at a hearing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in White Plains, New York. The investors include more than 100 unidentified individuals, court papers said.<\/p>\n<p>Bayou filed for bankruptcy protection Tuesday to try to raise $250 million for investors who lost money to the fraud.
